What is eCCLIX©?
The Boone County Clerk's Office is pleased to present eCCLIX©, the Internet version of CCLIX©. Today, the system known as CCLIX© (pronounced "clicks"), County Clerk Indexing, is being utilized in almost two-thirds of Kentucky's County Clerk offices. Attorneys, title search personnel, surveyors and realtors have grown to depend upon the CCLIX© system to provide the fastest possible access to public records archived in the Kentucky County Clerk's office.

With eCCLIX©, an Internet-ready PC and printer, registered users can now view or print any online document right in their own home or office. For last minute title follow-ups, why not have an eCCLIX© terminal right at your closing table?

What's Available?
Since December 15, 1999, all document filings in the Real Estate and Security Agreement departments have been indexed and imaged utilizing the CCLIX-OptIMA© system. Since then, over 1,000,000 indexed document images have been made accessible. A back-file project to add both the index and related images to all records filed back to January, 1999, was completed in May 2001. A second phase of the back file project was completed in February, 2003, and added (non-indexed) images only for documents back to 1990. A third phase of this back file project which further extends the availability of land record document images back to 1967 has just been completed in April, 2005. Both of these latter phases of the back file project are being indexed on an ongoing basis and such index records are made available as completed. Currently, almost 2.1 million document pages are available for viewing.

How Do I Sign-up?
Visit the sign-up page in order to become an eCCLIX© subscriber. You may submit the sign-up form by mail along with a check or money order.

To get access faster, print and fax the sign-up form to 1-502-266-9447 or email the form to sales@softwaremanagementinc.com. We will email you an electronic invoice on the same business day. This will allow you to submit your payment immediately by credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Upon receipt of your sign-up form and completion of payment, an e-mail will be sent to you with information about using your account.
